Hannah Becker
After college Hannah found herself 40 lbs. heavier, with a very unhealthy relationship with food. Once she graduated she was working 60-70 hours per week, exhausted, discouraged, and spending thousands of dollars on generalized personal training and diet plans that never gave her the results she was looking for. Years later, and finally fed up, she joined a coaching program, which allowed her to not only establish a routine that was sustainable and helped her permanently lose the weight she gained over the years, but also gave her the confidence to walk into her purpose of helping other women.
Hannah experienced what it meant to put her health first, and immediately knew that she had a burning desire to help other women do the same. She got right to work and invested her time and energy to learning and improving her knowledge about fitness and nutrition so that she could posses the necessary skills to become an effective coach. Now she creates personalized training and nutritional programs that have gotten dozens of women their desirable results, and has been a leader in advocating for balance over diet culture!
Hannah is an advocate against generalized diet culture, recognizing that each of us is unique in our own way and deserve a program that reflects our needs. She cares deeply about each person she works with, and pays attention to the little details that make a difference. Her passion for fitness, nutrition (especially macros), and women empowerment overflows and inspires the people around her to unlock their best, most badass goddess selves!
