My name is Arianne Braughton and I started my journey to health six months ago with a bootcamp from Hannah Becker. 

Hannah had been telling me about her program for a couple months but I was convinced I was fine on my own. But as time went on I was becoming more and more frustrated with my lack of results. I had been going to the gym for an hour 4-5 days a week for over a year, and I only gained weight. I stepped on the scale one day at 161 pounds and knew that what I was doing was not working. I joined the next coaching program Hannah held. 

Since then I have lost 30 pounds, 9 inches on my waist, and 2 inches on my hips! I have learned what healthy eating really looks like and ways to workout that produce results. I learned that working out smarter is much better than working out longer and that the true key to success is diet. 

The journey has not been easy, but it is so worth it. The most important thing I have learned is that the journey does not have an end, just continued progress.

I still struggle some days not indulging in sweets and carb-loaded snacks but as Hannah always reminded her teams "It's not about being occasionally perfect, it's about being consistently good" that has always stuck with me and driven me on my bad days. 

I loved being a part of Hannah's group because she was amazing at giving the right level of motivation I needed. She didn't pester me with constant check-ins, but was always there when I needed her. She is absolutely willing to be the kind of coach you need her to be: just as involved as you need her to be.

My name is Melissa Duran and I did the 90 Day Transformation program with Hannah Becker.  Before I started the program my health was difficult for me to manage because my weight constantly fluctuated. I always had belly fat, I tried managing my macronutrients, tried different diets and exercise routines but was unsuccessful in seeing any results or sticking to anything particular.

When I started the program with Hannah I saw results very quickly and it was very motivating.  I lost one pound but replaced fat with muscle, I lost 2 inches off my waist, I’ve become way more mindful about what I put in my body, how much rest and water I get on a daily basis, I know what to do at the gym and my mindset is finally in a positive place. 

My favorite part about working with Hannah was her constant motivation and genuineness.  She always has your best interest at heart and wants you to be successful because she knows how much better you can be and feel.
