  • 1 cup of ice

  • 1.5 oz. vodka

  • 2 tbsp. diet cranberry juice

  • 1 tbsp. lime juice

  • 1 packet no calorie sweetener

  • 1/2 cup low-calorie ginger beer

  • 1 fresh mint leaf for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place ice in glass (use copper mule mug for best flavor!).

  2. Add vodka, cranberry juice, lime juice, and sweetener. Stir to dissolve sweetener.

  3. Top with ginger beer, and stir.
