What to Eat Wednesday: Spinach Almond Salad

Ingredients

3 extra large Egg (168 grams)
1 1/2 cup Spinach (45 grams)
1/2 cup chopped Broccoli (45.5 grams)
1 cup cherry tomatoes Cherry tomatoes (149 grams)
1/8 cup, sliced Almonds (11.5 grams)
Directions
Directions are based on the original recipe of 1 serving
1. Place eggs in a pot. Cover with water, bring to a boil, remove from heat, cover, and let sit 10 minutes. Drain, peel. chop, and set aside.
2. Add spinach to a large salad bowl.
3. Chop broccoli, tomatoes, and hard-boiled eggs and add to salad bowl.
4. Sprinkle with slivered almonds.
5. Top with your favorite dressing and enjoy!!
